Welcome to Waterstead Cottage

Dating back to the 18th Century this former fisherman’s cottage is situated within a few minutes walk of Whitby’s historic town centre.  Whitby’s beaches, harbour and a variety of pubs and restaurants are all within a 5 minute stroll.

Completely refurbished in Spring 2007 Waterstead Cottage provides superb accommodation sleeping upto 4 people.  Individually styled throughout in light neutral tones, Laura Ashley fabrics, furniture and bedlinen is mixed with original antique pine furniture to create a relaxing holiday base to explore historic Whitby and the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors.

The Cottage is ideally located close to the marina at the bottom of Waterstead Lane and it is a short level walk into town. The property also gives easy access by car to the surrounding areas and attractions.
